CC Technologies has established laboratory-office
facilities to serve the North American market with high
quality laboratories and professional services in corrosion,
materials, and integrity management. These include a 90,000
ft2
campus facility in Dublin, Ohio USA, including a 24,000 ft2
state of-the-art laboratory, and a 12,000 ft2 facility
in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. In order to serve our clients
more efficiently, we've established branch offices located
in Houston, TX; Seattle, WA; Mt. Pleasant, MI; and Kamloops,
British Columbia, Canada.
The laboratories in both Dublin and Calgary
are full service laboratories performing a variety of corrosion
and electrochemical testing services and metallurgical analyses.
Special facilities available at Dublin include full-scale
pipe burst facility (up to 30-inch diameter pipe), underground
pipe test facility (400-ft of 20-inch pipe), scanning electron
microscope, transmission electron microscope, servo-hydraulic
cyclic test machines, and asbestos testing. The Calgary
laboratory has complete soil testing capabilities for characterization
of chemical and corrosive properties. Both laboratories
are equipped for H2S testing, autoclave testing,
inhibitor testing, and stress corrosion cracking testing.
The Multiphase Flow and Corrosion System Facility, has equipment
capabilities that include two 4-inch diameter pipe multiphase
flow systems. These systems allow for pressures up to 1,000
psig, gas velocities up to 40 m/s, liquid velocities up to
5 m/s, and solids capability. For more information regarding
the MIST laboratory capabilities, please visit www.misteng.com.
